All Inclusive

All Inclusive Wedding Package $16,900

Guests over 100 may increase the cost of Catering, Cake, and flower  options.

 

Venue                 Venue rental.

                           Day of wedding coordinator and staff. 

Wedding director -coordinates order of ceremony, reception, and timeline. 

Wedding day of coordinator – ensure all details large and small are going as scheduled.

Wedding Planner – books all vendors and assists with all details.

Bartender if alcohol beverages are served.  Please note we reserve the right to close the bar at our discretion or cut off intoxicated guests.  Service will end after 3 hours after beginning to allow everyone to sober up before going home.

Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.  Note: the venue will be ready for the wedding so minimal disturbance is needed and only light cleaning will be completed afterwards.

Linens – white or black tablecloths and black or white napkins folded per specification.

Notary Public available to make it official.

*Catering - Wedding Includes food, tea, and or lemonade for 100 persons.  Includes staff to serve the food and assist guests.  Includes charger use, real plates, cutlery, and goblets.  Plated service is additional.  Will also include disposables for the leftover food.

Includes:  Photographer  /  Videographer /  Florist   / Bride Stylist    DJ   / *Bridal Cake or Dessert bar

Not included:   Alcohol, event insurance, clothing, etc.

Save the date retainer $1000.

 

Services

Bartending $150/4 hour service.  Additional hours are $25/hour.

  • One bartender is required for every 150 persons.
  • All bartenders serving alcohol at RT is required to be ServSafe Certified & TIPS certified.  The insurance policy must have alchohol policy built into the policy.

Event Coordination & directing $1500.

  • A full professional staff to make your desires come true.
  • Prep and decorate the venue (tables, candles, outside space, sign in tables, and any last-minute decor.  Planning sessions included to create a personalized layout and table centerpieces.  Greenery included - floristry is not included.
  • Schedule detailing.
  • Cut & serve cake, desserts, food and beverages.  Includes us packing up all leftovers and placing them into the cooler.
  • Notarize marriage license if needed.
  • Replacement of all decorations, tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment of RT.  Assistance with gathering and breakdown of items not owned by RT. (breakdown)
  • Includes the directing & breakdown.

Directing Only $500

  • Will direct the rehearsal and wedding.
  • Will act as liaison between vendors, bride, groom, and other staff members.
  • Will go over the ceremony details with officiant, DJ, and other vendors (if needed).
  • Will direct the speeches, toasts, dances, and special ceremonies per your request.

Breakdown ONLY $300 

INCLUDES: Assistance in minor clean up and breakdown/organization of items not owned by RT & the breakdown of any items owned by RT.  This keeps you and your family from having to clean and replace all the items back into the decoration's room where they were found.

  • Dinnerware $1 per person - minimum $150 (includes real plates and goblets and a bus table person).  This saves the environment and most the time more economical.  There are 4 options to choose from.
  • China $3 per person - minimum $350 (includes real China and goblets and wine glasses and a bus table person).
  • Napkins .50 cents per person to cover cleaning.  Available in white or black to match your linens.
